In order to guarantee the highest quality in organising business travel, each of our clients undergoes a full implementation process in cooperation, consisting of, among other things:

Creating a company profile

that includes a specific and established policy for organizing business travels.

Establishing a framework for cooperation,

including opening a credit line, establishing deferred payment terms or payment terms using another method.

Establishing a cooperation channel,

from telephone and email contact to deployment on our GASBT travel self-organisation tool, where each of our client’s employees sees products in line with their dedicated business travel policy.

Introducing a dedicated team of GAS staff

who will be the first line of contact in the day-to-day travel organisation.

Communicating good practices for contacting our team

that remains available to the customer 24/7, including by emergency phone.

Airline tickets

In our day-to-day cooperation, we offer our Clients access to each airline which is a member of IATA as well as low-cost carriers and charter airlines. Those cooperating with us have access to special tariffs, such as sailor, ethnic or corporate tariffs. We also offer sale of GDS and NDC channel services.

Hotels and accommodation

With a vast network of suppliers, we offer our Clients the option of booking accommodation at one of over 4,000,000 facilities offered at preferential wholesale and corporate rates. Our offer includes both five-star hotels, and private accommodation and apartments for long-term rental.

Rent-a-car

We work with the world’s largest car rental companies to guarantee the possibility of renting a car almost everywhere. In addition, we offer the option of making payments with pre-paid vouchers which in most cases relives the Client from the need to have a credit card on them when picking up the vehicle.

Platform for booking business travel

In addition to traditional telephone and e-mail contact, we also offer our Clients access to a modern tool for organizing business travel on their own – GASBT. This is a platform for effective management of the travel organization process, and for optimization of the costs related to implementing and supervising the business travel policy.

Ferries

When providing services to our Clients implementing international projects, we also offer them the option of optimizing travel using own cars by selling ferry tickets. We work with the largest suppliers offering cruises on the Baltic Sea as well as the Mediterranean, North Sea and beyond.

Visa services

We have a dedicated department specializing in processing visas to most countries in the world. We handle the whole process on a door-to-door basis, from completing applications, to contacting the Embassy or Consulate, transporting passports and returning them after the visa process is completed.

Train and coach tickets

Our contracts with suppliers allow us to offer both local and international transport in the territory of Poland and other countries. We offer PKP, Flixbus, DB, SNCF and many other tickets.

Insurance

We offer access to insurance covering almost every damage that may occur while travelling on business. We offer travel cancellation and baggage insurance, and additional medical expense and personal accident insurance in cooperation with renowned international insurers.

Transfers and taxi

Taking care of the tiniest details of business travel, we also offer the option of booking a transfer or local transport from point A to point B. As part of the transfer service, we also organize passenger pick-up by a dedicated driver.

The planning and organisation of company trips, meetings, congresses or training sessions is an indispensable part of business travel. Therefore, at Global Airline Services, we have met the needs of our clients by creating a separate team responsible for organizing "meetings and incentives" services.
