The company’s core business is the business of managing and planning corporate travel for corporate clients strictly according to contractual guidelines. This process is carried out using state-of-the-art IT, analytical and web-based tools. The availability of special negotiated rates for airline tickets and hotels, extensive contacts in the industry and selected personnel allow us to provide the highest quality service and achieve optimal and individually tailored results. Optimising the offer reduces the costs associated with business travel, as well as the time spent on the plane or at the airport.
MICE
The planning and organisation of company trips, meetings, congresses or training sessions is an indispensable part of business travel. Therefore, at Global Airline Services, we have met the needs of our clients by creating a separate team responsible for organizing “meetings and incentives” services. We take an individual approach to every event we organise, placing the greatest emphasis on creativity and tailoring solutions to the needs of our clients.
Airline service
Parallel to the company’s management and business travel planning activities, the company’s activities include airline services by offering, among other things, ground handling, supervision of the services involved in handling the arriving and departing aircraft of our partners, sales and after-sales services on behalf of and for the represented entities. Global Airline Services Sp. z o.o. provides airline services at Poland’s largest airports, including Warsaw and Krakow.
Aircraft charters
Global Airline Services Sp. z o.o. also has chartering and rental of passenger aircraft in its scope of activities. We provide both small business aircraft for small groups of travellers with a few people, as well as large passenger machines accommodating more than a hundred people on board.
Individual customers
Global Airline Services Sp. z o.o. also has a wide range of airline and travel products aimed at individual customers. The company offers the booking and sale of airline tickets on all reputable traditional airlines and on most so-called low-cost carrier airlines. Airline tickets are sold through traditional sales channels, i.e. in our offices located at Polish airports and by telephone, as well as through online portals owned by Global Airline Services Sp. z o.o. The longest running portal owned by the company is the website operating under the domain latajsamolotem.pl. In addition, the offer for individual customers includes tourist trips, hotel reservations, car rental and travel insurance.
Guarantee of maximum safety
We are an accredited agent of IATA, the International Air Transport Association which is the largest and most recognised organisation of air carriers. IATA accreditation is a guarantee of the highest security of transactions and quality of service.
